How a production order runs
Production starts from an approved sample or reference, confirmed specifications, allowed tolerances and packaging requirements.
Agree the quantities by style, color and size, the materials, the delivery date and the quotation, so the factory and any other suppliers work from the same version.
Bulk orders are paid as a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% before delivery. Confirm the terms and payee on your project invoice.
Follow material readiness, production milestones, changes and delays. Exceptions are reported with the action needed and who is responsible.
Check against the agreed specifications at the agreed checkpoints. Findings come with supporting photos or records, corrective actions and unresolved risks for your decision.
Review inspection findings, outstanding defects, quantities, packing and documents, then record the release decision.

You retain approval of suppliers, spending, material substitutions, specification changes, and shipment release unless specific authority is agreed in writing. Our role is to surface issues, coordinate action, and document decisions, not silently make commercial commitments for your brand.

Custom labels and hardware
Woven labels: one-time mold fee of $30–80. Custom hardware: one-time mold fee of $50–150, and the mold belongs to you.
Hand-beaded or gemstone embellishment
$80–200 per pattern depending on size and complexity, with production time of about 15–20 days.
Reversible or color-changing swimwear
Reversible styles need more complex construction, with more production time and cost. Color-change processes typically have higher MOQs and longer production cycles.
Physical-service prices, quantities, and timelines are project references. Confirm the selected materials, scope, and current quotation before committing.
Common questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 60 pieces per style per color, which can be mixed across 1–4 sizes, for example S/15, M/15, L/15 and XL/15. Children's swimwear is 100 pieces per style per color, with mixed sizes available.
Can a startup brand order fewer pieces?
Yes. For a first order, the minimum can be as low as 20–30 pieces per style. The price for small batch production is slightly higher than the standard MOQ price.
How long does bulk production take?
After sample confirmation, mass production typically takes 15–25 days. Confirm the schedule for your project and materials.
Can you rush an urgent order?
Yes. We can arrange priority production for urgent orders, but a small rush fee may apply. Please contact us for details.
What are your payment terms?
The existing production reference is a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% before delivery for bulk orders, and 100% upfront for sample and mold fees. Confirm the actual terms and payee on your project invoice.
Can you follow production at a factory we already use?
Yes, subject to their cooperation, location, and the access needed for the assignment. Share the existing relationships and the specific work you want us to handle. Changing factories is not a requirement.
Do you guarantee the lowest price or defect-free production?
No. We help compare options, follow agreed quality requirements, and address issues with evidence. Final outcomes depend on the product, supplier execution, approvals, and service scope. Price, inspection standards, remedies, and responsibilities belong in the agreement.
