In short
In short
- Client names and designs stay confidential, and we can sign an NDA before cooperation.
- You can use our tools and support with the manufacturer you choose. You do not have to produce with TideLine.
- Our own factory checks are not independent third-party certification. Independent inspection and testing are agreed separately.
Confidentiality and NDA
We strictly adhere to client confidentiality agreements and do not share other brands' designs. For that reason we do not publish client names or styles.
We can provide fabric samples and sewing technique samples, or demonstrate our quality directly by making samples for you.
We can sign an NDA before cooperation. If you need one before sharing more detail, say so when you contact us.
Designs, suppliers and project records
Your existing rights in your designs remain yours. Before exchanging sensitive information, agree confidentiality, permitted access, supplier communication, and the records to be handed over.
For newly commissioned design or development work, confirm the deliverable and ownership or licensing terms separately.
Tech pack files you generate are retained permanently and remain downloadable. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Who does the work
OYOYI is the customer-facing development and service platform. TideLine provides its manufacturing and supply-chain foundation. Projects may involve the manufacturing team, material suppliers, or other agreed service providers.
You should know who is doing the work, what you are paying for, and which decisions remain yours.
What our checks are, and what they are not
Prices, terms and company presence
Physical-service prices, quantities, and timelines are project references. Confirm the selected materials, scope, and current quotation before committing.
Confirm the actual payment terms and payee on your project invoice. Confirm payment instructions against the invoice for the relevant service.
Our wider business includes company operations in the United States and Hong Kong and storage-service capabilities. Confirm the actual location, operating entity, capacity, handling requirements, stock records, and dispatch terms for your goods. Company presence does not mean a warehouse is available at every location.
See Pricing & Fees for the published reference points.

Common questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
OYOYI is the customer-facing development and service platform; TideLine provides its manufacturing and supply-chain foundation. Projects may involve the manufacturing team, material suppliers, or other agreed service providers. You can use development and material support without placing a garment production order.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We take commercial confidentiality very seriously and can sign an NDA before cooperation.
Can I see examples of products you have made for other brands?
We strictly adhere to client confidentiality agreements and do not share other brands' designs. However, we can provide fabric samples and sewing technique samples, or demonstrate our quality directly by making samples for you.
Do I have to manufacture with TideLine?
No. You can use OYOYI's tools, professional feedback, and material support with the manufacturer you choose. Agree on any additional work and responsibilities separately.
Who controls our designs, suppliers, and project records?
Your existing rights in your designs remain yours. Before exchanging sensitive information, agree confidentiality, permitted access, supplier communication, and the records to be handed over. For newly commissioned design or development work, confirm the deliverable and ownership or licensing terms separately.
Are your own factory checks third-party certification?
No. Our own factory checks are not independent third-party certification. If your buyer, product, or risk level calls for independent inspection or laboratory testing, the provider, scope, fees, and reporting are agreed separately.
Can you guarantee that a product will pass testing?
No. Coordination does not guarantee a passing result, certification, or market approval. Confirm the laboratory, scope, required samples, fees, and report arrangements before work begins.
Have a question before you start?
Ask about confidentiality, an NDA, who does the work or what we can verify. We confirm scope and terms before any work begins.
