Membership Questions
What is included on every plan?
An editable tech pack, an AI usage allowance, professional review and annotations, permanent retention of generated files, and downloads. Start by uploading a front image and a back image, then review and edit the generated details.
Can I use AI on the free plan?
Yes. Free includes 10 AI uses per month for chat and image generation within tech packs. You can also manually edit any part of your generated tech pack and download it. Standard includes 200 AI uses per month; Plus includes 500.
What are the two types of usage allowance?
Tech pack generation allowances cover new tech packs. AI usage covers conversations and AI image editing or generation inside tech packs. Manual editing and downloading are separate from these AI functions.
Does professional review include making a sample?
No. Review provides annotations, feasibility concerns, missing-information checks, suggested revisions, and next confirmation items. Physical garment samples and production are separate services.
How are the review hours counted?
The clock starts when you formally submit your tech pack for review. Standard receives a technical response within 72 elapsed hours and Plus within 24 elapsed hours, including weekends. These windows concern the technician's response, not physical sample or production completion. Free reviews follow the standard queue without a fixed response-time commitment.
What is included in the material references?
Each month, Standard includes material references for 1 tech pack and Plus for 3 tech packs: fabric swatches, color cards, and similar hardware or accessories for assessing quality and feel. Custom-made components, finished garment samples, and shipping are not included. Confirm the selection and shipping costs before dispatch.
What happens to unused tech pack credits?
Monthly subscriptions do not accumulate unused generation credits. Annual subscriptions allow unused generation credits to accumulate within the subscription year. At the anniversary, Standard clears unused credits; Plus carries 50% of unused credits into the next subscription year, subject to the applicable renewal terms.
Will I lose generated files when credits expire?
No. Unused generation credits and files you have already generated are different. Generated files are retained permanently and remain available to download.
Do I have to place a production order?
No. You can use the technical files and professional feedback with the manufacturer you choose. Additional material sourcing, sample making, production, and other execution services are agreed separately.
