Keep your existing suppliers, develop new ones, or combine both. You do not have to move production to our factory.

When Remote Sourcing No Longer Scales

A factory contact can help you place an order. A growing collection needs someone to connect the decisions between orders, materials, samples, and suppliers.

More styles. More decisions.

New fabrics, construction changes, and sample revisions create dependencies. A delayed material decision can affect several styles, not just one purchase order.

Several suppliers. Different answers.

Factories may work from different file versions, interpret quality differently, or confirm dates without accounting for another supplier's delay. Someone needs to reconcile the whole plan.

A local team, without building an office first.

Travel and your own China office remain options. OYOYI offers another route: agree the work you want represented locally, while your brand retains the decisions that matter.

Why a Swimwear Specialist in the Industry Cluster?

Our focus is swimwear and beachwear. Our advantage is proximity to the work, combined with manufacturing knowledge and continuity across your collection.

Closer to the issue. A shorter feedback loop.

Our Xingcheng base puts us close to local production and material resources. We can coordinate sample checks, supplier discussions, and follow-up around the actual item, rather than rely only on messages passed between separate contacts. Visit coverage and reporting cadence are agreed for your project.

Quality tied to an agreed reference.

Lining, support, stretch recovery, elastic tension, fit, and hardware can change how swimwear performs. We connect development decisions to approved samples, specifications, and agreed checkpoints, so quality is followed through the process, not left entirely to a final inspection.

Cost decisions beyond the unit price.

Manufacturing experience helps us compare material, construction, MOQ, and packaging options against the same brief. Local coordination can reduce avoidable sampling loops and duplicated follow-up. The objective is a workable total cost, not a low quote that changes after the order is placed.

Continuity from the first sample to the repeat order. Sample comments, approved materials, unresolved issues, and changes need to survive the handover to production. We help maintain that record so the next order starts from confirmed decisions rather than from memory.

Xingcheng brings together swimwear manufacturers, supporting businesses, and local material sales resources. This is an industry-cluster advantage, not a claim that every material is manufactured locally or that every supplier belongs to OYOYI. Industry context: Liaoning Provincial Government.

What We Manage

Choose a defined assignment or a connected program. The proposal identifies the tasks, responsible parties, reporting, and approvals included.

What You Receive, Not Just What We Do

The value of a representative is not another message saying that production is progressing. It is information your team can act on.

A clear project brief

The styles, suppliers, quantities, markets, target dates, quality requirements, and decisions covered by the assignment.

Comparable options

Material and supplier options assessed against the same requirements, with differences in specifications, MOQ, lead time, and cost made visible.

A record of approvals and changes

The current technical references, sample comments, approved choices, and changes that affect cost or timing.

Updates with actions attached

What is complete, what is blocked, what evidence is available, who needs to act, and which decision needs your approval.

The format and update frequency are agreed before work begins. Coordination can take place through direct communication and shared project documents; a dedicated software dashboard is not a condition of the service.

Control the Important Decisions Before They Become Expensive

Decision pointWhat needs to be clear
Before committing to a supplierProduct capability, quotation scope, material assumptions, MOQ, timing, and who is responsible for each part of the work.
Before bulk productionThe approved sample or reference, confirmed specifications, allowed tolerances, packaging requirements, and any unresolved development issues.
During productionWhether the work follows the approved requirements, what has changed, and whether corrective action is needed.
Before shipmentInspection findings, outstanding defects, quantities, packing, documents, and the agreed release decision.

You retain approval of suppliers, spending, material substitutions, specification changes, and shipment release unless specific authority is agreed in writing. Our role is to surface issues, coordinate action, and document decisions, not silently make commercial commitments for your brand.

Manufacturing Experience. Clear Commercial Roles.

OYOYI is backed by TideLine's manufacturing and supply-chain foundation. Knowing production from the inside helps us ask more useful questions about construction, materials, timing, and cost.

When we coordinate your suppliers

We work within the access and responsibilities agreed with you and the factory. You can keep existing relationships and use OYOYI for the management tasks you need.

When our manufacturing network is proposed

The proposal should make clear which entity manufactures, supplies, coordinates, invoices, or holds stock, and how it is related to OYOYI. We agree the applicable service fee or supply quotation before work starts.

When independent verification matters

Our own factory checks are not independent third-party certification. If your buyer, product, or risk level calls for independent inspection or laboratory testing, the provider, scope, fees, and reporting are agreed separately.

You should know who is doing the work, what you are paying for, and which decisions remain yours.

Start with the Part That Needs Attention

A specific development or sourcing assignment

Bring a collection, a material challenge, or a supplier decision. Define the deliverables and start with a manageable scope.

Coordination for an upcoming production run

Keep your factories and add support for approvals, milestones, quality follow-up, and shipment preparation, subject to supplier cooperation.

Ongoing support across collections

Discuss a continuing arrangement when new styles, repeat orders, and multiple suppliers create recurring management work. Coverage, communication, resources, and fees are agreed around the workload.

Agency services are charged by project and negotiated according to the agreed work, separately from tech pack membership. Pricing depends on the suppliers, styles, development rounds, site work, quality requirements, and coordination involved. Confirm the fee basis, payment milestones, third-party costs, and change arrangements in the written proposal before work starts.

From Your Current Supply Chain to an Agreed Working Plan

  1. Share the current picture. Tell us what you make, which suppliers are involved, your next production or development target, and where coordination is breaking down.
  2. Define the assignment. Agree the work, access, responsible parties, records, approval boundaries, fees, and communication cadence.
  3. Coordinate and report. Work through the agreed milestones, document issues, and bring decisions back to your team.
  4. Review and carry forward. Close the assignment with the relevant records and lessons for the next order or collection.

You can begin with one product group or one order cycle. There is no need to move every supplier or delegate your whole supply chain at once.

Agency Service Questions

Is this a sales agency or a distributor service?

This page describes sourcing and supply-chain representation in China, not sales representation or an exclusive distribution appointment. We coordinate the product and supplier work covered by your agreement.

Can you work with factories we already use?

Yes, subject to their cooperation, location, and the access needed for the assignment. Share the existing relationships and the specific work you want us to handle. Changing factories is not a requirement.

Do you guarantee the lowest price or defect-free production?

No. We help compare options, follow agreed quality requirements, and address issues with evidence. Final outcomes depend on the product, supplier execution, approvals, and service scope. Price, inspection standards, remedies, and responsibilities belong in the agreement.

How quickly will you respond or visit a factory?

Communication cadence, escalation arrangements, and site coverage are agreed for the assignment. Location and workload matter. The 24-hour and 72-hour tech pack review windows are membership terms, not automatic agency response or site-visit guarantees.

Can you help with storage and international dispatch?

Yes, these can form part of a scoped assignment. Our wider business includes company operations in the United States and Hong Kong and storage-service capabilities. Confirm the actual location, operating entity, capacity, handling requirements, stock records, and dispatch terms for your goods. Company presence does not mean a warehouse is available at every location.

Who controls our designs, suppliers, and project records?

Your existing rights in your designs remain yours. Before exchanging sensitive information, agree confidentiality, permitted access, supplier communication, and the records to be handed over. For newly commissioned design or development work, confirm the deliverable and ownership or licensing terms separately.

Can you take over a delayed or troubled order?

We can assess whether a defined intervention is practical. We need the order status, approvals, open issues, and supplier cooperation before accepting the work. Recovering a deposit, meeting an original ship date, or resolving a supplier dispute cannot be promised in advance.

Discuss the Supply Chain You Need to Build

Send us your product category, supplier locations, next order or collection, destination, and the issue taking the most time. We will discuss whether local representation is a fit and what a useful first assignment could cover.
