Elastic Smocking
This process utilizes high-elasticity spandex thread (elastic cord) as the bobbin thread, performing multi-row parallel rows of stitching and gathering on a specialized multi-needle smocking machine. After stitching, the fabric surface forms regular, undulating vertical pleats. This significantly increases both the vertical and horizontal stretchability of the material, making it highly inclusive of various body shapes.
Overlock stitch
This high-density stitching perfectly secures the edges of the high-stretch mesh fabric, preventing fraying or snagging. By applying slight tension to the fabric during sewing, the finished edge naturally takes on a subtle, smooth, undulating effect, adding a decorative touch to the appearance.
Picot Wave Trim
The triangular serrations protruding from the edge of this fabric are not cut directly from the main material, but are made using an independent, high-stretch woven wavy ribbon. This craftsmanship not only creates a powerful vintage visual effect, but also prevents rolling, keeping the garment edges perfectly flat.
Jacquard elastic webbing
This jacquard elastic webbing is primarily designed to provide waist-cinching and secure support for garments. It features excellent stretch and recovery, breathability, and wash resistance, with smooth edges and a high-density weave. The jacquard process ensures exceptional color stability and superior wash fastness.
Silicone-coated elastic trim
This craftsmanship is composed of a leopard-print elastic band integrated with high-polymer silicone onto the swimsuit, featuring a built-in anti-slip and anti-drop design. When worn, the silicone fits snugly against the skin, acting like "natural suction cups" along the garment edges. Even during high-intensity water sports like swimming or surfing, it firmly locks onto the body, completely eliminating the risk of slipping or accidental exposure.
Double-needle stitching
The edges are secured and finished using parallel double-row topstitching. The stitches are uniform and flat, with straight, even lines. This stitching technique allows the thread to stretch along with the fabric, preventing breakage during daily wear and effectively stopping the edges from curling. The stitching is pressed flat to minimize friction between the garment edge and the skin, enhancing the fit and overall comfort.
Hidden Elastic Overlock
Inside the white binding of this edge, a specialized waterproof, bare latex elastic band is embedded. Compared to regular garment hems, because the inner layer securely locks in the rigid latex elastic, this edge boasts an exceptionally high tensile modulus (retraction resistance). As a result, the swimwear edges will never sag or cause accidental exposure.
Ruched Craftsmanship
High-stretch thread is required for the anchor points of the side gathers to ensure the stitching does not snap during vigorous movement or when the garment is stretched. The layered horizontal pleats effectively obscure the body's contours.
Ruched Drawstring
This technique involves sewing a dedicated channel down the center of the fabric and threading a matching fabric cord through it. Pulling the drawstring upward causes the flat fabric to naturally gather toward the center along the stitch line, creating fine, radiating pleats on both sides. The garment's length, fit, and pleat density can be freely adjusted.
Pompom Fringe Ribbon
This craftsmanship is composed of a continuous flat ribbon base with regularly arranged, three-dimensional plush mini pompoms hanging from the edge. Feeling exceptionally soft and fluffy, it is frequently styled on bikini borders, the waist splicing of one-piece swimsuits, and the hems of sun-protection cover-ups—serving as the soul accessory to achieve a vintage Bohemian vibe.
Seam joining technique
When viewed from the reverse or side, this type of seam is typically completely flat. There is no visible puckering at the join, ensuring even tension in both directions when the garment stretches during wear. The stitching offers high elasticity, allowing it to adapt perfectly to the deformation of the high-stretch fabrics used in swimwear or sportswear; additionally, the smooth inner surface effectively minimizes friction against the skin during movement, ensuring wearer comfort.
Ethnic jacquard trim
This ribbon features a digitally designed geometric diamond pattern woven on a computer-controlled jacquard loom. The electronic jacquard head precisely coordinates hundreds of black warp yarns, intertwining multicolored threads to create a striking, embossed-like 3D visual and tactile texture. It is commonly used for contrast splicing and underbust support bands in swimwear.
Front Twist Detail
This craftsmanship is typically used at the exact center of the swimsuit's front bust. The radiating ruffles formed by the twist not only flatter and shape the bust, but also create a physical, naturally volumizing enhancement effect through the layered thickness of the fabric itself. Even when the swimsuit is fully submerged in water, the structured shape of the bust pleats remains perfectly dimensional without sagging, loosening, or collapsing.
Rivet-Embedded Overlock Stitching
Typically featured along bikini cup trims, the high-cut sides of swim trunks, or the sleek straps of one-piece swimsuits, this premium detailing delivers a fierce, punk-inspired visual impact. Designed to catch the light, it creates an intense refraction and reflective payoff that naturally commands attention
Single needle lockstitch
Above the folded edge, there is a very neat single-needle straight stitch. The stitch spacing is uniform and the line is straight, serving to secure the edges of the multiple fabric layers and keep them flat.
Handcrafted 3D Floral Applique
This craftsmanship is commonly applied to the shoulders of one-shoulder swimsuits and the exact center of bikini cups. These 3D floral appliques instantly inject a high-fashion, haute-couture elegance into the swimwear, making them a highly recognizable and eye-catching element for beach vacation photos. Drawstring Casing

Wavy Trim Insertion Stitching
This is an independent, high-stretch woven wavy ribbon commonly used on the upper edges of swimsuit cups and the borders of swim bottoms. Its most intuitive purpose is as an ornamental trim, lending the overall look a powerful retro, youthful, and "pure desire" (subtly sensual) visual appeal. Simultaneously, it allows the edges to fit snugly against the body's contours, providing non-slip benefits and preventing accidental exposure.
Shirred elastic band
High-elasticity elastic bands are encased within the fabric. Utilizing the elastic's restorative force, the initially flat fabric naturally gathers to form dense, uniform, and three-dimensional micro-pleats. This technique is commonly used for swimsuit straps, under-bust bands, or bikini edges, ensuring a snug fit against the skin without digging in.
Gold-accented fancy smocking
The soul purpose of this craftsmanship lies in its decorativeness. While executing multi-needle smocking, it synchronously stitches a premium, light-luxury gold wavy ribbon onto the peak of each fold. This injects a rich vintage, exotic, or Bohemian luxury vibe into the underbust of bikinis and the waistline of one-piece swimsuits. Furthermore, it ensures that the garment edges remain perfectly flat and structured, preventing shifting, rolling, or accidental exposure.
Laser cut-out
Laser cut-out burns away the top white layer without cutting the base, revealing the colored bottom for a water-drop, dot-like hollow effect. The pattern is formed by the fabric structure — no ink, no fading. Edges are heat-sealed, resisting fraying and loose yarns after washing.
Sequins embroidery
This is a computerized sequin embroidery process on a nylon mesh base. The machine automatically feeds sequins, and embroidery thread passes through the center hole of each sequin, locking it in place with a single stitch per sequin, firmly sewing them onto the mesh base.
