Can I buy materials without ordering finished garments?+-
Yes. You can discuss fabric, trim, component, or packaging sourcing as a standalone requirement. Specifications, quantities, supplier conditions, and delivery costs are confirmed for that order.
Are these services included in my membership?+-
Tech pack review and any eligible material reference samples follow your plan. Physical sample making, custom components, material purchasing, production, storage, dispatch, and testing are not automatically included. Additional work is agreed and priced separately.
What if I only have an idea or reference images?+-
You can start with the information you have. Share the design references and the outcome you need. Creating a tech pack can help clarify the requirements, but an incomplete file does not prevent an initial service discussion.
Do you make everything in your own factory?+-
OYOYI is backed by TideLine's manufacturing and supply-chain foundation. Depending on the agreed scope, a project may involve the manufacturing team, material suppliers, or other service providers. Confirm who performs the work and the responsibilities in your project agreement.
Can I keep working with my existing manufacturer?+-
Yes. You can use OYOYI for technical development or material support without moving garment production. Any work involving your manufacturer requires an agreed scope and clear responsibilities.
Can you arrange overseas storage or manage another factory?+-
Share the location, goods, and tasks you need help with. These requests require a feasibility assessment and an agreed service provider. This page does not promise an established overseas warehouse or factory-management network.
Does testing coordination guarantee compliance?+-
No. The relevant testing scope, laboratory, sample requirements, and reporting arrangements must be confirmed for your product and target market. Coordination is not a guarantee of passing a test, certification, or market approval.
How are price and timing confirmed?+-
They depend on the work, specifications, quantities, provider availability, and approval requirements. Confirm the scope, deliverables, charges, and schedule before execution. Tech pack review response windows are not sample-making or production lead times.
