These terms describe the use of OYOYI's website, tools, and agreed services. OYOYI is operated by Huichi (Shenyang) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. For account, service, or billing questions, contact [email protected].

1. Our Services

OYOYI supports swimwear and beachwear development through editable tech packs, AI assistance, professional review, material resources, and separately agreed project services. TideLine provides the manufacturing and supply-chain foundation associated with the platform. The party responsible for a separately commissioned service should be identified in the quotation or agreement.

You can use OYOYI's technical files and professional feedback with your chosen manufacturer. Buying material support or using the platform does not require you to place a garment production order with OYOYI.

Read these terms before requesting work. A paid service is governed by the scope and commercial terms you accept for that service together with applicable platform terms. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Information handling is described in ourPrivacy Policy; these terms do not constitute blanket consent to optional data uses.

2. Accounts and Responsible Use

Provide accurate information and protect your account access. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to request the relevant services on its behalf.

Do not access another customer's files, bypass security or allowance controls, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. You must have an appropriate right to submit the images, logos, designs, personal information, and other material you provide.

Report suspected unauthorized access through Contact Us. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials in support messages.

3. Your Content and Technical Files

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded materials. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership of your original designs to OYOYI. Providing a project authorizes the processing necessary to carry out your requested work, subject to applicable privacy and confidentiality arrangements.

Public availability of a reference image does not establish permission to copy it. AI-generated material may not be unique, accurate, or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Access to a download does not grant rights in another party's designs or proprietary material.

For bespoke design, commissioned research, or other separately created deliverables, the written proposal should identify the permitted use, source files, ownership or licensing arrangements, and any third-party restrictions. Discuss an NDA or specific processing restriction before sharing information that requires it.

4. AI Tools and Professional Review

Front and back reference images provide a starting point for an editable tech pack. Check the generated content, correct errors, and supply missing requirements before using the file for development decisions.

A generated tech pack is not automatically a production pattern or a confirmed production specification. Exact materials, measurements, hidden construction, fit, and tested performance cannot be established from reference images alone. AI guidance is not certification or a binding project quotation.

Free and paid memberships include professional review and annotations within the submitted tech pack's scope. Review can identify feasibility concerns, missing information, suggested changes, and next confirmation items. It is not unlimited redesign and does not include making a physical sample or carrying out production.

Review response windows begin at formal submission: Standard within 72 elapsed hours and Plus within 24 elapsed hours, including weekends. Free follows the standard queue without a fixed response-time commitment. These windows concern a technician's response, not completion of samples, production, or all revision work. Contact us with the submission reference if a response appears overdue.

5. Membership Benefits

The plan and billing period agreed at purchase determine the applicable benefits. The published plans are summarized below; see Membership for the plan comparison.

AI allowances cover chat and AI image work within tech packs. Manual editing and downloading are separate from these AI functions. New-tech-pack allowances, AI usage, and material reference benefits are separate entitlements.

Standard annual billing is $444.60 per year; Plus annual billing is $853.20 per year. Monthly equivalents explain the annual price and do not mean monthly instalments. Confirm the billing period, activation date, applicable charges, and invoice before paying.

Unused generation credits on monthly subscriptions do not accumulate. Annual generation credits accumulate within the subscription year. Standard clears unused generation credits at the anniversary; Plus carries 50% of the unused balance into the next subscription year, subject to the agreed renewal terms.

Generated files are different from unused credits. The published offer provides permanent retention and download availability for generated files; credit expiry does not delete them. Account deletion and privacy requests are separate from subscription cancellation and are addressed through the privacy contact channel.

Material references include fabric swatches, color cards, and comparable hardware or accessories. They are not custom-made components, all materials needed to construct a garment, or finished garment samples. Selection and shipping charges are confirmed before dispatch; shipping is not included.

Standard's 5% and Plus's 10% sample-making discounts apply to eligible fees confirmed in the sample quotation. They are not automatic discounts on freight, production, testing, or every project service.

6. Payments, Renewals, and Changes

Payments are arranged offline by bank transfer rather than through an online checkout on this website. Confirm the recipient, amount, currency, service scope, and billing period against the relevant invoice before transferring funds. A WhatsApp discussion alone does not authorize an automatic recurring charge.

Contact [email protected] about renewal, cancellation, a plan change, a billing error, or a refund request. Include the account email and the relevant order or payment reference, but not banking passwords or full payment credentials.

Cancellation of future service, account deletion, and a refund request are different actions. The effect of a change on the current paid period, unused allowances, or work already commissioned is determined by the terms agreed before payment and applicable law. These terms do not establish a universal no-refund rule or guarantee a refund in every situation.

Before purchasing or renewing, obtain the applicable cancellation and refund conditions in writing. A general statement on this page does not replace clear commercial terms for a paid order, and a later policy change does not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or accepted benefits.

7. Separately Commissioned Work

Material sourcing, custom components, design, pattern making, grading, physical samples, production, storage, dispatch, and testing coordination require separately agreed scope where offered.

Confirm deliverables, quantities, specifications, responsible providers, revision rounds, fees, approvals, timing, shipping, and changes before execution. Catalog images and references do not guarantee availability, exact reproduction, tested performance, or certification. MOQ and lead times depend on the project.

Storage, overseas support, and fulfillment require a feasibility assessment. Testing coordination does not guarantee a passing result, certification, or market authorization.

For a requested change, cancellation, or issue with a delivered item, contact the project team and identify the affected deliverable. The accepted order terms and applicable rights determine how the issue is handled. Additional work or charges should be agreed before that work proceeds.

8. Research and Downloadable Publications

Only publications identified as actual deliverables should be purchased. Illustrative covers, planned publications, and demonstration downloads are not completed research products.

An actual report offer should specify its scope, language, format, price, access conditions, delivery arrangements, and permitted use before purchase. Downloading a report does not itself grant permission to redistribute it, resell it, or reproduce third-party designs shown in it. Applicable rights should be stated in the report's license or purchase agreement.

Research reflects its scope and evidence date. Forecasts are not guarantees of demand, revenue, or commercial success. Bespoke research and design are separate services unless expressly included.

9. Availability and Service Issues

Website functions can be affected by maintenance, network interruptions, or external technology providers. Report failed generation, inaccessible files, or unexpected deductions with the relevant reference so the issue can be investigated.

Use restrictions and responses to suspected misuse remain subject to applicable law and the agreed service terms. If access is restricted, contact us to ask for an explanation or review. A restriction does not automatically cancel an existing confidentiality obligation, file-access commitment, or mandatory remedy.

10. Responsibility and Disputes

AI output and reference content require verification, but this does not remove OYOYI's expressly agreed professional review or service obligations. Nothing in these terms waives liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

Raise concerns first through Contact Us, identifying the account, order, relevant facts, and outcome requested. Any dispute arrangement specified in a separate agreement remains subject to applicable mandatory rights. These general terms do not impose an exclusive court, arbitration process, or blanket waiver of customer remedies.

11. Updates and Contact

Changes will be identified by the update date. Applicable notice or agreement requirements still apply to changes affecting existing paid services. Publishing an updated page does not by itself authorize a new charge or replace the accepted terms of an existing order.
