OYOYI is an AI-assisted swimwear and beachwear development and supply-chain service platform. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information relates to your use of our website, account features, AI tools, technical review, and project services.

2. Information Associated with Our Services

The information involved depends on the features you use and the work you request.

Account and contact information. This includes the email address received through Google sign-in and the name, company, or contact information you separately provide. OYOYI does not receive your Google password through Google sign-in.

Project files and communications. These may include uploaded reference images, tech packs, measurements, annotations, material selections, logos, prompts, conversations, generated content, and project correspondence. A project file may contain personal information about you or another person as well as commercially confidential design information.

Service and transaction records. These may include your membership status, allowance records, requested services, quotations, invoices, billing or delivery details, and payment confirmations. Payments are arranged offline by bank transfer rather than through an online checkout on this website. OYOYI does not collect payment-card details through a website checkout.

Technical and usage information. Operating the website, investigating errors, and measuring usage may involve IP addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, request logs, and session or analytics identifiers.

Support information. When you contact us, the information you provide can be used to understand and respond to the request.

Please provide only information relevant to your project. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive personal information in prompts, images, or support messages. Only share information about other people when you are entitled to do so.

3. How Information Is Used

Relevant information supports the following activities:

• Organizing design references and preparing or editing technical files.
• Carrying out requested professional review and project communication.

OYOYI communicates with prospective customers about their initial inquiries and requested services and does not run ongoing email marketing campaigns. Google advertising and user analytics are also used. These activities are distinct from the processing needed to provide a particular technical file or project service.

Uploading a design does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing use or public disclosure of your project.

4. AI Processing and Human Review

AI features may require prompts, reference images, relevant file content, or conversation context to be processed by external AI services. Human technicians may access the project information needed to provide the professional review you request.

OYOYI uses existing large-model services to support industry-specific tools. OYOYI itself does not use customer uploads, prompts, conversations, or generated files to train or fine-tune AI models. This statement concerns OYOYI's own activities; it is not a guarantee about every external provider's retention or training practices.

External AI processing depends on the service, its applicable terms, and the configuration used for the request. Please contact us before submitting information that requires specific confidentiality or processing restrictions. A general reference to AI assistance should not be understood as a promise of zero retention by an external provider.

AI output can contain inaccurate or incomplete information. Review generated content before using it, especially when it includes personal information or project details that require confirmation.

5. Service Providers and Project Partners

Delivering requested services may involve hosting and storage providers, authentication services, AI services, technical reviewers, customer support, and banks handling offline transfers.

If you commission additional work, relevant project information may also need to be shared with the material suppliers, manufacturers, testing providers, or shipping partners involved in that work. A request for a tech pack does not automatically amount to an order for production or another physical service.

Information may also need to be disclosed to meet applicable legal obligations or address a legal claim. Public use of customer projects must be considered separately from the access needed to provide the requested service and must follow the applicable permission and confidentiality arrangements.

If your project requires an NDA or a particular restriction on provider access, discuss it with our team before submitting confidential files.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and External Services

Cookies and similar technologies can support sessions, sign-in, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement. OYOYI uses Google advertising and user analytics; a reference to these activities does not mean that customer designs or account email addresses are necessarily sent to an advertising platform.

OYOYI serves brands and businesses internationally, while its development and supply-chain operations are connected to China. Using international technology services or requesting cross-border project work may involve processing information outside your country.

The location of a factory does not identify every hosting, storage, or AI processing location. If a processing location or transfer arrangement is important to your project, contact us before submitting the affected information. Visiting the website does not by itself constitute blanket consent to every international transfer.

8. Project Files, Retention, and Deletion Requests

Unused generation credits and files you have already created are different. The published membership offer provides permanent retention and download availability for generated tech packs; expiry of unused generation credits does not delete those files.

That file-access benefit does not mean all categories of personal information must be kept indefinitely, or that users give up applicable privacy rights. Account closure, cancellation of a subscription, deletion of a particular file, and deletion of personal information are different requests.

To request access, export, correction, account closure, or deletion, email[email protected] and identify the relevant account or project. Do not send your password. Where information must be retained for an applicable legal obligation or another lawful reason, the relevant scope and limitations will need to be considered when responding to the request.

9. Privacy Requests and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion or portability, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
