Other requests, including storage, dispatch, or testing coordination, begin with a feasibility discussion. Scope, responsibilities, timing, and costs are agreed before work begins.

For a technical problem, add the relevant page, approximate time, and a screenshot with private information removed. Membership renewal, cancellation, billing, and refund questions can be sent to the email above.
What to Include in a New Inquiry
- Your brand and the product you are developing.
- The specific decision or service you need help with.
- Relevant style references, material codes, or an existing tech pack.
- Intended quantities, destination, and target timing, if known.
- Your preferred contact method.
Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, identity documents, or unrelated personal information. Share only material you are authorized to provide. If you need an NDA, discuss it before sharing confidential files.
Review Timing
Technical review starts when a tech pack is formally submitted: Standard receives a response within 72 elapsed hours and Plus within 24 elapsed hours, including weekends. Free reviews follow the standard queue without a fixed response-time commitment.
These response windows do not automatically apply to general inquiries, quotations, physical samples, or production. Sending a WhatsApp message does not replace formal tech pack submission.
